When you submit a booking request or contact form, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, preferred dates, group size, certification level, last dive date, rental gear needs, and message details.

If you email, call, or message us directly, we may keep the information you provide so we can respond and coordinate your request.

We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, check availability, coordinate dive trips, snorkeling tours, SSI courses, rental needs, safety requirements, and customer support.

We do not sell personal information. We only share details when needed to coordinate your requested experience, operate the site, comply with legal obligations, or protect safety.

The booking request form sends your request to John by email through MXroute and sends you a confirmation email. Your request is not confirmed until John replies with availability and next steps.

MXroute and email providers may process the message according to their own privacy practices while delivering the request.

The site may use third-party services such as Google Maps, Sanity, Vercel, Google Tag Manager, analytics, embedded media, or social links. These services may process technical information such as your IP address, device information, browser details, or usage data.

External websites linked from this site have their own privacy practices. Blue Island Diving is not responsible for those external policies.

We keep inquiry and booking request details only as long as reasonably needed for customer communication, business records, safety coordination, or legal requirements.

No website or email system can be guaranteed perfectly secure. Please avoid sending sensitive medical, payment, or identity information through the general contact form unless John specifically requests it through an appropriate channel.

You can ask us to update or delete information you previously sent, subject to business, safety, or legal recordkeeping needs.
