How To Request Deletion
Email john@blueislanddiving.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
In your message, include the name, email address, phone number, Instagram username, or Facebook profile name you used when contacting Blue Island Diving or connecting through the app. This helps us find the correct records.
What We Delete
We will delete or anonymize personal information we can reasonably identify in our inquiry records, booking request emails, and connected app records, unless we need to retain it for legal, safety, security, fraud-prevention, or business recordkeeping reasons.
We do not control information retained by your own email provider, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, or other third-party services. You may need to manage deletion directly with those providers.
Confirmation
After reviewing your request, we will reply by email with confirmation or with any follow-up details needed to complete the request.
